In case of force majeure or fortuitous event, or for reasons that are not directly attributable to LUXHO, it will be exempt from the contracted obligations. That according to decrees 174 of 2001, Art 29, 30, 348 February 2015, Art 77, Law 336 of 1996, in its Article 5, Decree 431 of 2017, the providers of tourist services, duly registered in the National Tourism Registry , in accordance with the provisions of Law 1101 of 2006, modified by Law 1558 of 2012, may directly offer the transportation service to their users, as long as the vehicles are their property or are under the figure of financial lease or leasing. in his name. This document is a private transportation contract in accordance with Article 981 to 999 commercial code. We operate according to definitions of the tourist plan or package in accordance with decree 2438 of 2010 in articles 1 to 9. At LUXHO we comply with the sectoral technical standard NTS TS003 which is mandatory for travel agencies.
We reject illegal trafficking with our Wildlife, this is a crime classified in Colombian environmental regulations (decree 1608 of 1978) and criminal law (Law 599 of 2000).
We reject the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys and Adolescents, we are committed to prevention and reporting inside and outside the establishment, linking our partners, human resources, allies and collaborators to the dissemination and compliance with Law 1336 and 1329 of 2009. Likewise, we are against discrimination against any person based on their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, or political ideology.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE TOURIST: We will be picking you up 10 minutes before at your place of lodging. Bring your personal identification documents.

OBSERVATIONS: Luxho is not responsible for the execution of the tours in the event that the client is under the influence of alcohol, psychoactive and hallucinogenic substances. THE PLAN DOES NOT INCLUDE: Expenses not specified in the program
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: All clients or end users must carry the corresponding documentation in order, according to the laws of the countries that will be visited. The selected agency or supplier has the authority to remove from the tour anyone who, due to a duly proven serious moral or disciplinary cause, threatens the success of the tour. The agency will not assume any responsibility for legal matters or other inconveniences in which the user may be involved. In the event that the user is forced to withdraw from the tourist plan, the agency is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred. the passenger incurs, nor is he responsible for the return of the amount paid in the event that the tourist cancels the contracted services less than 72 hours in advance. Luggage and any object that the tourist carries with them is their responsibility. To guarantee the reservation, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the value of the contracted plan is required. Once the deposit is delivered, the passenger accepts the conditions of this contract.
LIABILITY CLAUSES: according to DECREE 053 OF 2002 LUXHO is a travel and tourism agency, which offers tourism operations in Medellín and its surroundings. Duly registered in the national tourism registry with the RNT code. 62003, assumes responsibility through the selected providers for the total provision and quality of the services described in the programs. However, LUXHO will be exempt from contracted obligations in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, or for causes that are not directly attributable to LUXHO. Consequently, it is not responsible, among others, for accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, decision of the administration of the place and any other case of force majeure that may occur before and during the trip, the risks and danger of travel belong exclusively to the traveler. The Client, when selecting the service, must choose and select the service of interest.

LUXHO is exonerated from all responsibility in cases such as cancellation, flight delays, closure of airports, roads, tourist sites, whether due to climate change or decision of the site administration and all those activities outside the direct management of the program or modifications. according to the benefit of the traveler.
In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and other regulatory Decrees, I authorize LUXHO to process and manage my personal data, which consists of collecting, storing, purifying, using, analyzing, circulating, updating and cross-referencing personal information, in order to to facilitate the sale of goods and provision of services, as well as to carry out collection procedures. I declare that I am responsible for the veracity of the data provided. Likewise, I authorize LUXHO to carry out its notification and communication procedures to the correspondence address and/or email informed in the reservation. I declare that I have been informed that LUXHO is responsible for the personal data obtained through its different communication channels. Passengers will be picked up at their place of lodging at the agreed time.
The execution of the service will be carried out at the address provided by the client at the time of booking. The passenger's failure to show up 15 minutes after the agreed upon meeting time will be penalized with loss of service, without the right to a refund. In the event that payment for the service is on delivery, the Client agrees to pay in cash or through the enabled payment methods before using the service. In every reservation it is essential to provide the full name, identification document number and date of birth, in some cases flight number, essential requirements for the issuance of the medical assistance card. Children from 0 to 3 years old only pay assistance card 10%. Children over 3 years old and older, the service rate is the same as that of an adult. 50% refund of the purchase price for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the date of the transfer or tourist plan. 0% refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the date of the transfer, or tourist plan. If the passenger enrolled in the plan cannot travel at the last minute, he or she may make a change to another person under the same conditions. Once the tour has started, non-use of any service or abandonment of it will not have any refund.
